    In-Store Returns:
    All purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn and with original tags, for store credit only.

    Sale/clearance items, special orders, and swimwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

    Online Returns:
    All online returns must be pre-approved by KIN & done within 7 days of receiving the package and the responsibilty for shipping a return is on the buyer.
    In order to process an online return, please email for authorization. 

    Any items purchased on clearance are non-returnable.

    Holiday Return Policy:
    All gifts purchased between 10/1/2025 and 12/24/2025 may be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 25, 2026 with valid gift receipt only.
