    In-Store Returns:
    All purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn and with original tags, for store credit only.

    Made to order items, swimwear, intimates, special orders, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

    Online Returns:
    All online returns must be pre-approved by KIN & done within 7 days of receiving the package and the responsibilty for shipping a return is on the buyer.
    In order to process an online return, please email for authorization. 

    Holiday Return Policy:
    All gifts purchased between 10/1/2025 and 12/24/2025 may be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 25, 2026 with valid gift receipt only.
