In-Store Returns:
All in store purchases from November 20th to December 24th can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn, new condition, with original tags & gift receipt for store credit.

Made to order items, swimwear, intimates, special orders, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Online Returns:
All online returns must be pre-approved by KIN & done within 7 days of receiving the package and the responsibilty for shipping a return is on the buyer.
In order to process an online return, please email for authorization.
